True guidance is like a small torch in a dark forest. It doesn’t show everything once. But gives enough light for the next step to be safe.

How do you know if I am the right coach for you? I’d recommend starting with an Exploration Call. It’s a short call to identify your goals, interests in coaching, and whether or not we’re a good fit for working together.
However, if you’re not ready for that step, here’s a little info about what my interests and focuses are in coaching, whom I aim to serve, and what I am trained to do.
Focus
I work with people I can relate to the most: working parents of young children who desire greater control over their drinking habit. However, you don’t have to be a parent to work with me or be working. The most important thing is you are seeking change from your current behaviors, you can imagine a better life, and you know you will be more likely to succeed in your goals with the help of someone who has walked the path of finding freedom from their own habits.
Training
I am a trained and experienced therapist and social worker. I earned a BA in Anthropology and a Masters degree in Social Work. Before becoming a coach I was a child and family therapist, specializing in working with youth and parents who have experienced trauma.
I am a certified This Naked Mind Institute Coach. You can read more about This Naked Mind here.

- Healing from trauma
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety
